Our first client developed an electronic discovery product. We performed the competitive analysis and discovered two major use cases that could be used to differentiate the product from the competition, which led to a successful beta program, and subsequent sales to three key law firms. We then developed the go-to-market product messages, and developed the product roadmap for the next three release cycles.

Another client wanted to simplify their business by divesting a major software product. We analyzed the market, found a buyer, crafted a winning strategy which resulted in the successful sale of the product without losing a single member of the fifty person engineering, support, and product sales team. The product sold for 3X the prior asking price. As part of our pre-sale analysis, we created key technical documentation that proved to be crucial to the buyer’s due diligence team. We were able to get the right data in the proper form to support both the seller and the buyer.

Not all of our engagements are “major”. We create big results fast when it matters most. For one client, we studied their product, their “niche”, and wrote compelling buyer personas and user stories which drove website landing pages, high converting headlines, and campaign strategy for the next year. We accomplished these results in two weeks.
